However, complimentary parking is located in the paid lot at the rear of the building. Also, train tracks run in the rear, no horn sounds, but white noise machine provided. The space Our condo is located in the historic W.S. Brown Mercantile Company which was a dry goods and grocery store. Now, it offers a relaxing and comfortable stay in an open space with denoted areas for dining, watching television, sleeping or working in a dedicated workspace. Guest access This is a secured building. Upon non-contact check-in, guests will have access to entire loft inside this secured building. Security code for loft to be provided an hour prior to check-in.
