NAJO' LE PALMAS (ecological vacation room)

Najo' le Palmas is a spacious eco-friendly private vacation room ideal for 4 people, it does not have air conditioning and one more person is acceptable at an additional cost (Specify how many adults, children and/or babies will arrive at the stay). No pets are allowed, because we have a Dalmatian. 5 and 10 minutes away you will find hiking areas, beach and THE MAIN SHOPPING SQUARES, AIRPORT AND NIGHTLIFE AND 15 to 20 minutes WALKING, AFOREMENTIONED AREAS. The space The room has a parking space with gravel covering and is located on the second floor. At the beginning of the stairs there is a switch to turn on the light in case you arrive at night. The stairs have a vine, illuminated and warm in the form of a waterfall. At the end of the stairs there is a small terrace with a rocking chair and bench that allows you to relax with a view towards the main surroundings of the house. Upon entering the room we have installed the main room that is made up of a king size bed. In this The room has a small window that allows me to see the sky and stars at night, and personally it is very relaxing. Also, the colors and design create great harmony. It has space to place a hammock. The room has a trunk where you will find bedding and a coat rack. Then we go to a large terrace that has a view of a large expanse of green area (including mangroves and various plants). If you are someone who loves nature, you can observe iguanas, squirrels, parrots, hawks, and many more species of birds, which allows us to have a pleasant ecological environment. You also have a great view of the back garden of the house. It is recommended to observe with a rich coffee in the morning. The whole property has a fence which is very safe and at the end of the property, we have my Dalmatian as a companion. The house has large windows and ceiling fans that allow us to feel the entrance of a pleasant cool, the terrace has the option of placing a hammock and cooling off during the afternoon, or enjoy the smart TV in the same area. Find the entrance to the bathroom, which has an ironing area and dressing room. The terrace is complemented with a coffee area where you can enjoy a rich coffee in the morning accompanied by mother nature. The coffee area is complemented by a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a cabinet with kitchenware and disposable items, and a minibar. In the same area of the terrace is the entrance to the second room, which has a double bed and its ceiling fan. Another detail that I'll let you know is that on the ground floor, going up the stairs on the right hand side, is the NAJO 'LE TORTUGAS' room. This room is only for two guests and in the back of the house, there is a garden with spaces to enjoy a large garden table for 6 people and another table for 2 and a swing and hammocks. I like to share this area with my guests. I'll tell you that there is a large terrace with a dining room for 6 people and still on the side of the small house, your servant Elizabeth and Gabriel, my husband, live. I thank you for your trust and have a pleasant stay at home :) Guest access There are 3 common areas that are shared: 1) The terrace 2) The garden 3) Barbecue All these areas are for relaxing and spending time together in the mornings and evenings. During your stay I like to spend time and interact with guests, either to guide them and give them information regarding the stay, neighborhood and city, taking into account the guest's accessibility.
