From sunrise coffee to sunset cocktails, your private terrace offers 360° views of the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus, and the Athenian skyline. Inside, the open-plan living area combines the warmth of a true home with the comfort of a boutique hotel — perfect for family reunions, wedding groups, or friends traveling together. You’ll stay steps from neighborhood cafés, bakeries, and metro access, yet above it all in your own light-filled urban retreat. Spread across two levels, the SkyVilla offers generous living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light. French doors open to wraparound balconies, while upstairs a landscaped rooftop terrace invites long dinners under the stars and unforgettable photos with the Parthenon in view. Layout overview • Main level: Five bedrooms (four open to balcony or veranda) • Upper level: Two bedrooms opening directly onto the terrace Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1 – Queen + Twin, en-suite bath (sleeps 3) Bedroom 2 – Queen + 3 Twins (sleeps 5) Bedroom 3 – Double bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 – Queen + Twin bed (sleeps 3) – shares a sliding door with Bedroom 3 Bedroom 5 – Queen + Twin bed (sleeps 3) Bedroom 6 – Queen bed (sleeps 2) which is connected to the 7th bedroom Bedroom 7 – Queen + Twin bed (sleeps 3) 🌀 The two floors are connected by an internal spiral staircase; for luggage or those who prefer, there’s also a wide marble staircase just outside the apartment door. 🚪 An elevator serves the building (typical of central Athens — small and cozy, fits two adults). ➡️ Bedrooms 6 & 7 are like a suite, so access to 7 is through bedroom 6. A sliding door separate them for privacy & each has it's own bathroom Guest access Guests have full, private use of the entire penthouse, its balconies, and the spectacular rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and lounge areas. Early check-in (from 1 p.m.) and late check-out (until noon) may be available for guests using our airport transfer service, subject to same-day availability. If your flights are early or late, we can provide luggage storage or offer a day-rate option so you can enjoy every last moment in Athens without rushing. Other things to note We occasionally work from our small on-site office/studio, so if we’re in town, you may see us — always happy to share local tips, dining favorites, or help arrange transfers and tours.
