Jess' Haven is named after the owner's sister, who passed. She loved calm spaces, cool colors, music and her girls❤️ We hope that you enjoy your stay. This home has an allergen-free hvac system, Bluetooth for playing music in the master and jack & jill bathrooms. A washer/dryer is on the main floor, as well as the 4th bedroom. Conveniently located less than 2 miles from major roadways, interstate, eateries & shopping. The space Large, open common area, large rooms and bathrooms. More than enough space to sit together, as well as space to be alone, if you choose. Beds include: King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins and 2 Futons. Basic rate includes up-to six(6) guests. The home sleeps 11, when you count one person per futon. We can make exceptions for families/groups with children on the number of guests. Discuss sleeping arrangements with your adult travel mates, so they know two beds are twin and 2 are futons. Book the actual number of guests that will be staying. Not doing such can result in fees and cancelation of stay. The master and family room have Levono Smart clocks. We have them set to only display time and weather. There are Bluetooth exhaust fans in the upstairs bathrooms and a soundbar in the family room for playing music, audio books, etc from your phone. Turn on the wifi/bluetooth and search for Homewerks and Polk soundbar for these items. **There are security cameras, on the exterior, only. They are placed on silent, after guests check-in. ** Cameras on the rear and near any garages/driveways may have a notification that automatically speaks, when someone or a pet walks by. There are absolutely no parties or large gatherings. Please do not park in front of neighbor homes. The driveway can fit 4 large SUVs/vans or 4-6 sedans. You can also park on the street, but only in front of this home's yard. Grills are provided by request. Early check-in or late checkout is available for a fee of $75; when able to oblige. Guest access Main home. Garage and the storages closets are not available. Other things to note This is a suburban neighborhood and part of town. It still, is a 10 minute or less drive to: shopping, 4 grocery stores, bowling alley, skating & laser tag, a movie theater and multiple eateries. Approximately 18 min from downtown. Plenty of restaurant deliveries via DoorDash. Multiple entertainment districts just a short ride away. No, this is not downtown. You do have to drive or use a ride share/taxi platform to get downtown.
