The space By renting both studios your party will have the entire property to yourselves! The two studios are identical in amenities, size, and layout. They both share an ocean view deck and pool. Each studio features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with a large shower, and an open layout living/dining/kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to both studios, the pool, roof deck, laundry room, and garden. Other things to note Rules: Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Two people maximum; no children under 12.
