Less than 10 minutes walk to the local beach (Playa La Nea) and 15 minutes drive to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The loft is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family holiday or a relaxing retreat with a small group of friends to enjoy the natural beauty and seclusion of the local area with easy access to all that Tenerife has to offer. The space The loft is a versatile space: open all the sliding doors to create a very large loft studio or close off the master bedroom for more privacy. With spectacular views of the ocean from every corner, you'll feel soothed and at peace. - Living area & kitchen - The open-plan apartment has been designed so you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean from every corner of the home. Spread out on the corner sofa in the living room, browse through our book collection in various languages, catch up on some Netflix, play a board game or just gaze out to the ocean and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including: • Oven and ceramic hob • Dishwasher • Fridge freezer • Hand blender • Kettle • Nespresso coffee machine • Toaster • Washing machine (outside) • Teapot • Coffee percolator & French press • Various-sized mugs and cups for tea & coffee • Glasses • Cutlery • Pots and pans. Eat at the kitchen dining table or on the outside table under the awning out on the sunny terrace. - Master bedroom - The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed (150 x 200cm) and big windows facing the ocean. There is a firm mattress with a mattress topper. You’ll feel like you’re on a boat (without the motion sickness) when you lay back on the bed and watch the waves and the ever-changing tide go in and out. Then, as night falls, you can marvel at the stars. There’s a large wardrobe to store your things, sliding doors to make the bedroom completely private or open to the rest of the loft, and sun-blocking blinds for when you fancy a little afternoon siesta. - Mezzanine level bedroom - Reach the second bedroom via the spiral staircase on a mezzanine level above and is open to the rest of the loft. There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a work desk and chair (with strong Wi-Fi), and a bean bag for when you want to relax and recharge. - Bathroom - Take a long hot shower with an ocean view in the large walk-in shower. There is a toilet with a handheld bidet sprayer and a sink and lots of space for your things so you can feel at home. - Terrace - Soak up the warm sun on the terrace, get lost in a good book in the hammock, and let the sound of the ocean lull you into a dreamy afternoon siesta. On the terrace, you’ll find a coal barbecue, outdoor sink, two sunloungers, a hammock and an outdoor dining table with four chairs, perfect for an evening dining under the stars. There is also a pergola with a cushioned bench. Depending on the tide, you can even take a dip in the ocean or paddle in the rock pools a few steps down from the apartment. Guest access While you're staying here, the loft and the terrace will be your private oasis. You'll also have shared access to a rocky beach that is ideal for snorkeling just below (depending on the tide). The location is quite isolated, being in a small fishing village, but the natural beauty and proximity to the ocean more than make up for it if you don't mind a short drive to the supermarket. Access to the main highway is just 7 minutes by car. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive any time after 3pm and check yourself in. ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard. We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel, and 1 hand towel per guest and bathroom. Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more. MID-STAY CLEANING Mid-stay cleaning is available for €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). If you would like us to arrange this for you, send us a message. PARKING On-street parking is available for free either directly in front of the apartment or just across the road. FAMILIES We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, and it is available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this; we'll gladly assist you. REMOTE WORKING If you plan to work remotely during your stay, you can rent a 22-inch monitor with HDMI cable for €30. Send us a message to request this. PETS We welcome small pets upon request ONLY.
