Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattresses to sleep one more guest.
