Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW All linens, bath towels, pillows are included with your stay. As a courtesy, we provide basic started supply of toiletries such as paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap.. You are responsible for additional supplies. We do not provide laundry detergent. We provide high speed internet. Guests can stream from their own accounts. Bikes in the garage are available for use (in the neighborhood only) Renters gain access to the clubhouse using a homeowner clubhouse card. Any unreturned card will result in a $100 fee. Indoor pool is not available to renters (COMMUNITY AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE IF BOOKING LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS). The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. This fee is paid to the HOA via credit card and not the host. This fee is only collected if guests want to access / use community amenities. Indoor pool is not available to renters Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
