The house has an area of 200 m2 including 2 floors, 3 adult bedrooms and a dormitory. The space This peaceful house is perfect for families or couples of friends with children who want to get together for a holiday between lake and mountain. The house is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen of 80 m2, a master suite of 28 m2 including its bathroom and dressing room. A large glass bath gives direct access to a 40 m2 terrace including 2 Weber Barbecues (gas and/or charcoal), garden furniture, outdoor table, electric awning but above all a magnificent Hotspring High-End Jacuzzi (5 seats) facing a breathtaking view. Upstairs you will find a relaxation and leisure area with a René Pierre pool table and a foosball table as well as an electronic dartboard. Upstairs you will also find 3 other sleeping areas: 2 bedrooms of 14 m2 with queen size beds and a dormitory area (4 beds). A 2000 m2 garden area completes this property with games for children: a swing set and a trampoline. The land is fenced. Note: The house is perfectly suitable for children, if necessary we can provide you with a baby bed (see photo) and two high chairs for your infant's meals. There are many parking spaces in front of the house to park your vehicles as well as a garage. Guest access The first beaches of Lake Bourget are 4 km away. You can access it by the green path which is 200 meters from the house. It is therefore easy to go there by bike or scooter. The course is flat and therefore accessible from an early age. A bakery and supermarket are available 2 km away. You will also be 100 m from the Tremblay cooperative where you can buy delicious local products. For shopping enthusiasts, you will find your happiness in the landiers area (very large shopping area) located 3 minutes from the house. The famous Du Mont Blanc brewery is a 5-minute drive away, as well as the most famous Chambéry cheese factory. Numerous activities are located nearby: bowling, laser tag, climbing wall, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema. Finally, there are many hiking departures nearby, such as the Dent du Chat and its exceptional view of the entire lake, but also of Mont Blanc. And for bike lovers, many routes on quiet roads are located nearby (for all distances and all levels).
