The bright and family-friendly thatched-roof holiday home is fantastically beautiful in the middle of the island of Usedom and not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Achterwasser. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a sauna. The house is in the former diplomatic settlement. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. The Fritz Reethus was newly built in 2021. The new thatched-roof house, certified with 5 DTV stars, offers a living area of approximately 139 m² spread over 2 floors, featuring a spacious living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, an additional guest WC, a small relaxation area and a sauna area. All rooms include floor heating. The ground floor houses the living and dining area with a modern and open kitchen. In the living area, there is a cosy seating area and a fireplace. Here you can end the evenings together with a glass of wine and that in every season. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for 2 people each with high-quality box spring beds, which ensure a pleasant sleeping comfort. Upon your arrival, the beds are of course made and the towels (initial equipment) are ready for you. You will also find a separate toilet and a wellness bathroom with large shower and private sauna. The sauna invites you to a unique wellness experience in the autumn and winter days. At the end of a day, the large terrace, equipped with a large garden table and 6 seats, invites you to unwind here. For cozy barbecues, there is a barbecue (please note the fire protection regulations here due to the surrounding equestrian houses). There is also a beach chair on the large lot to relax. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. Your bikes can be safely stored in the house connection room. You will also find washing machine and dryer there.
