The bright and family-friendly thatched-roof vacation home is fantastically beautiful in the middle of the island of Usedom and not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Achterwasser. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a sauna. The house is in the former diplomatic settlement. Here you can enjoy your relaxing vacation in all seasons. The Fritz Reethus was newly built in 2021. The new Reethaus, certified with the 5-DTV stars, offers a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen and fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, another guest toilet, a small relaxation area and a sauna area on a living area of about 139 m² spread over 2 floors. All rooms include floor heating. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with a modern and open kitchen. In the living area there is a fireplace next to a cozy seating area. Here you can end the evenings together with a glass of wine and that in every season. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for 2 people each with high-quality box spring beds, which ensure a pleasant sleeping comfort. Upon your arrival, the beds are of course made and the towels (initial equipment) are ready for you. You will also find a separate toilet and a wellness bathroom with large shower and private sauna. The sauna invites you to a unique wellness experience in the autumn and winter days. At the end of a day, the large terrace, equipped with a large garden table and 6 seats, invites you to unwind here. For cozy barbecues, there is a barbecue (please note the fire protection regulations here due to the surrounding equestrian houses). There is also a beach chair on the large lot to relax. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. Your bikes can be safely stored in the house connection room. You will also find washing machine and dryer there.
