The space Since home has two units, guest will have access to 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dinning tables and 2 living rooms. Backyard has a dinning area and 2 grills. Edgewater Oasis is within minutes to whistle stop park. 11 mins to Grand ol'barn venue. 15 mins to Flagler ave and New Smyrna beach. 25-35 mins to Daytona Speedway and Daytona Boardwalk. 1 hour away from Disney, Universal and Seaworld. Please read house rules and house manual for more information on the home. Guest access When booking this listing, guest will have access to both unit A and B. Unit A entrance is at the front door and unit B entrance is to the left of the house, behind the gate. Each entrance requires a unique code that will be provided when checking-in. Other things to note Please be respectful and considerate of the neighbors. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE but a relaxing oasis.
