The private back yard has a large patio area for relaxing in the sun and also has a covered area as well. Non-smokers and no pets. Guest access There is a 2 car garage but we may have to leave our car there. It will be parked well to the side leaving plenty of room for your vehicle. There is also room to park 2 vehicles in the driveway.
