Privacy is ensured with trellises, and safety measures include fire extinguishers and round-the-clock patrols. The space Discover the comfort of our exquisite villa with three double bedrooms, each designed for utmost relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering balcony access and stunning views. Downstairs, you'll find another inviting double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with toilets, sinks, and showers, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. Prepare delicious meals in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, catering 6-12 people. The open living room is truly impressive, featuring cozy beanbags for the kids, two double sofa-beds, two low tables, a Netflix TV for entertainment, and a welcoming fireplace for those cozy evenings. Step into our expansive garden area, adorned with lush fake grass that allows children to play freely without worrying about getting dirty. Unwind and soak up the sun on one of the four comfortable sun loungers or sway gently in the inviting hammock. For added enjoyment, there's a swing that promises endless fun. Gather around the three inviting dining tables, perfect for alfresco meals amidst the picturesque surroundings. Relax on the garden sofa, savoring the tranquility of nature. The built-in BBQ and oven invite you to indulge in delightful outdoor cooking experiences. One of the highlights of our villa is the private dock, providing a stylish arrival option for guests coming by boat. It adds an extra touch of elegance to your stay. Please note that there is a separate charge of 40 euros per day for the usage of the garden area, which includes water and electricity. It ensures that you have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable experience. The list price is for 6 people, the villa is suitable for a maximum of 12 people (if both sofas are open and two additional single folding beds) The rate for each person over 6 people is 50 euros/night/person to pay at check-in. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Full cleaning, towels and sheets change every week. Extra cleaning is €15/hr Extra towel change €10 for 2 sets - large, medium, small Extra sheets change €20 per double bed Pets are allowed only after our confirmation. Bare in mind, we charge 100 euros for disinfection in case of pets staying at the villa. Dock Usage: Use of the dock of the private and secure villa in case of arriving by boat (up to 12m) 40 euros/day (including water and electricity charges). There are available car charging stations for electric cars which are charged according to the national rate per kilowatt at the time. Unfortunately you cannot pay the village. They do not allow it. Bills will be charged to us, the villa at the end of the year. So if you want a full charge for your car you let us know and we will arrange it. Cost is €20 per full charge and you pay us cash please. Charging stations are located inside the village close to the main gate entrance. You can ask at the security gate for the key and instructions House Rules: - No parties or loud music that bothers the neighborhood - Please do not throw toilet paper or wet towels into the toilet - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. In case of scheduled “same day check out & check in”, we might ask you to check out at 10:00 or check in at 16:00 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house but there are ashtrays to be used outside in the garden, balcony or veranda. - It is unlikely but in case of any complains or damage report we hold the right to visit the property on short notice You will be required to read and understand the house rules, which you can expect via email after receiving your booking.
