However it is the only unit with its own private deck and additional entrance. We have also installed certain guidelines to ensure everyone’s privacy and peace & quiet. There is a 9pm curfew for the laundry area, as well as the door to your unit, that is off the laundry, comes with a deadbolt and key pad that only you will have the code to.
