We have noise level monitoring devices on site that will alert you if there's excessive noise. • No loudspeakers around the pool or patio. • No glass in the pool area. No diving in the pool. • Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm- 8am. Curfew time is 10pm-8am. • Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of your butts in the provided ashtray. There will be a $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside of the house. FIREPLACE NOTE The fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. NOISE LEVEL MONITORING DEVICE Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
