Margot is only 50 m from the beach and the promenade and at the same time an ideal starting point to explore the imperial baths as well as the forest and inland hinterland. Beach access is right outside the house. This modern and lovingly furnished 73 sqm three-room apartment (non-smoking!) has a large living/dining room. This room is the center of the apartment and invites you to feast, watch TV and linger together.   The high-quality furnishings have been complemented with pretty maritime accessories. The separate kitchen offers another dining area for a quick breakfast, a stove with four hotplates incl. an oven and a dishwasher.   The apartment has two balconies - the large one with 8 sqm offers space to relax with beautiful views of the sea and beach, the smaller one opens the view to the forest.   The separate children's room is equipped with a bunk bed and is often used as a retreat.   Golfers beware - on the nearby golf courses Golfpark Balmer See and Baltic Hills in Korswandt you will receive a 30% green fee discount as our guests. (Vouchers are available in our office).   On request, a small dog may be brought along. With regard to the next tenants, it is expressly requested that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.   During your stay, free Wi-Fi is available. So you are always up to date or share your vacation pictures with your loved ones at home.   This apartment includes a parking space in the parking system (max. 1.70 m height x 5 m length) of the underground garage and an outdoor parking space directly at the property.
