Cat in the garden The space Domu Prexada has large spaces (almost 400 m2 of house and 300 m2 of terrace) to be comfortable with family or friends. Cook together in the large kitchen (very well equipped: coffee machine, food processor, blender, large saucepan...) or the barbecue. Enjoy the different areas of the garden (swimming pool, hammock or sofa). Live outside in the countryside. Since 2022, the recycling of water to water the garden, solar panels and solar thermal energy demonstrates a strong eco-sustainable commitment. This has allowed access to the comfort of air conditioning without increasing the ecological footprint. For children, I specify that the pool is not protected and completely open as shown in the photo. I also invite you to study the floor plan of the house, which shows that 4 bedrooms have independent entrances and bathrooms and do not communicate with each other or with the rest of the house. Only one of the bedrooms communicates with the living room. If you wish to come with your dog, I reserve the right to accept or not accept your request. I prefer dogs who will not damage the garden and who do not sleep on the beds. Be honest in respect for everyone. Someone will be present at least once or twice per stay at times determined together to clean the pool, take care of the garden and ensure the proper functioning of the house. You will have exclusive access to the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The calendar is only open in July and August. For the other months it is possible to rent the rooms alone. If you want to rent the entire house at other times, please ask. The house is in a rural setting with a few houses around. An amount of €100 in case of reckless use of electricity, more than 30 kWh on average per day, according to the consumption information provided by the GSE. Check-in (5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (10:00 a.m.) times are fixed for weekly bookings to allow cleaning and availability of the house.
