Check-in/out: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. No Smoking: Smoking inside will incur an £80 cleaning fee. Safety: Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit and fire blanket are provided. Children: Travel cot and games available on request. Keys: Please return all access cards/fobs at checkout. A £40 fee applies for lost items. Guest access Before your arrival, we’ll send you a unique code for our keyless smart lock, allowing easy and contactless self check-in. Once inside, you can use either the smart lock code throughout your stay or the keycard/fob provided in the property. Please ensure the keycard or fob is returned to its original place at check-out. A £40 replacement fee applies for any lost or unreturned items. Other things to note No unauthorised visitors or guests are allowed during your stay to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. This policy is strictly enforced due to past incidents involving parties. Parking Information Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the property between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Outside of these hours, parking is limited to 2 hours, with no return within 1 hour. For longer stays, Strathmore Avenue (a 2 minute walk from the property) offers free parking 24/7 with no restrictions. Please note that, due to the property’s central location, parking directly outside can sometimes be busy.
