The studio has a modern, minimalistic feel and is located in a very central location close to everything you'll need! Within walking distance of fast foods and local joints, as well as a very popular hang-out spot called Eco-Sport Bar. The property is seconds away from the main-highway, which means you'd be a super short drive away from best malls, beaches, clubs and places to eat that San Juan has to offer! We also have a family-owned restaurant, in which all our guests get coffee on the house! The space Your room will be located on room #3 of the second floor and counts with a hotel quality, queen memory-foam mattress, a private bathroom, air conditioning, a kitchenette, minimalistic art, a refrigerator, a dining table, and asmart Roku TV. Enjoy the minimalistic design and art of the studio, the paintings, the wall mounts, the strategically placed barn door and its design makes for a unique, curative experience. My family owns a restaurant in Santurce called Boulevard Cafe Bar and Bistro, I invite you to try the AMAZING food options they have to offer, you will get to choose from a free coffee, soup or salad with your meal JUST from being my guests! Guest access You will have access to the entire room and amenities and it will be exclusive to your for the entirety of your stay. To enter the room, you will need a code that I will provide after you accept the house rules. Other things to note Some amenities like Iron and Board, Crib, and extra linen are to be requested to me or the cleaner. I offer a free booklet with recommendations on anything you might need, don't hesitate to ask me for it! I recommend renting a vehicle, most places are in close proximity to each other but if you want to truly enjoy the island to the fullest you will need a car.
