We pay all Airbnb fees!! The space This 5-bedroom home has everything you need to have a remarkable vacation. A fully stocked kitchen with extra-large refrigerator and freezer allows you to stock up for your stay and enjoy cooking while enjoying the ocean view. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The breakfast bar seats 3 comfortably and dining table seats 8 . The living room has a new sectional couch and a TV with Apple TV. Relax and enjoy a margarita or cerveza after a day of adventure. The entire home has A/C to keep you comfortable as well as super fast Starlink WiFi to keep you connected. Located off the living room are the two master suites. Both have en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The remaining bedrooms are located off the courtyard, allowing for additional privacy for guests. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are joined with a “jack-and-jill” shared bathroom and feature 3 beds. Bedroom 4 is located off the courtyard and is a large bedroom with 2 beds and a private bathroom. As you step outside from the living room you will find yourself with a sweeping view of the Sea of Cortez and Isla Cerralvo. The back of the home features a large deck, palapa covered BBQ area, private pool and spa as well as a hammock to dream your afternoons away. Beach access via the arroyo next to the home is quick and easy. No Pets allowed! Failure to comply will result in immediate departure.
