The space Detached villa in Kublis, Canton Graubunden. The holiday home was built in 1975 and renovated 5 years ago modernized while maintaining original details. The House is located in beautiful hiking area Prattigau near the ski resort Klosters/Davos and seats up to 6 (+ 2kids) persons. On the upper floor is the living area with a beautiful living room equipped with all comfort and beautiful views all around, a separate kitchen, bathroom, children's bedroom with a bunk bed and master bedroom with large double bed and great views of the Silvretta massif. On the ground floor you will find a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, second bathroom and toilet and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.Also on this floor ' the ' cinema ' with DVD and video game console with a double sofa bed. The whole House is decorated and furnished with the utmost care. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine and beautiful Bunzlau Castle crockery. The holiday home is located in a quiet area about 50 meters above the village on a sunny southern slope Kublis at 850 m altitude. It is a 10-minute walk to the center of the village and the (ski) bus stop and 15 minutes to the railway station. The garden and Orchard (1000 m 2) offers many opportunities to relax, play and bbq (gas bbq available). The large South-facing balcony gives a magnificent view of the village below and the Silvretta massif. In the summer one can find from the House direct connection to various hiking trails including a climb to the ' Prättigauer Höhenweg ' of Klosters to St. Antönien one of the most beautiful hiking areas between Prättigau and Montafon. In the winter, on ongeveer500 meters from the House ends, the longest alpine descent of the Parsenabfahrt of the ski resort Klosters/Davos Grisons. One in 15 minutes by car to the parking lot of the Gotschna cabin lift in Klosters. Rental price includes bed linen, towels . tourist tax: CHF 4,50/person per night (from 12 years).
