You enter the Great Hall to be met by a knight, foosball warriors and a kitchen fit for any house elf. The Room of Requirement boasts a big screen. The master is fit for a king and an queen and the dormitory has a bed fit for three students. Throughout are numerous reminders of Hogwarts that you will have to experience for yourself. The space Private 1200 sq ft located on the lower level of our home, has been thoughtfully decorated with a Hogwarts/castle theme. As with any castle, there are odd sounds and strange noises, (this is usually explained by my family and our two dogs living upstairs;) Guests have the area to themselves and have a private entrance where they park right outside. Guest access Small outdoor patio with picnic table. Other things to note We are centrally located between Greenville and Spartanburg South Carolina in the upstate area. Both cities are up-and-coming and offer lots of activities for couples and families. Close to the mountains for hiking, biking or sightseeing. Downtown Greer is newly renovated and offers great shops and fine dining.
