Luxurious Villa Meri

Villa „Meri” is a luxury residence built in 2020. It is located in Kastel Sucurac, the most beautiful suburb of Split with a wonderful view to the sea and to the mountains, about 10 km from the city center of Split. Kastel Sucurac are famous for their unique Mediterranean surrounding which is reflected in the Villa through the combination of our local and traditional style with elements of contemporary elegance and luxury. The space Villa „Meri“ is a 1100m2 estate situated in the peaceful suburb of Split. The city centre and the Diocletian Palace like the beautiful town Trogir are a 10-minute car-drive away. Kastel Sucurac is one of seven castles, first in the direction from Split towards Trogir. It is located in the town of Kastela. The settlement is located along the coast of Kastela Bay. In Kastel Sucurac is the oldest defensive tower in Kastela, built in 1392 by Archbishop Andrija Benzi of Split (Gualdo) to protect the peasants of the village Putalj, located on the slopes of Kozjak around the church of Sv. George. With a series of additional interventions, the tower became a settlement by the sea. The Villa is suitable for 12 persons. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor. GROUND FLOOR (145m2) includes: a heated infinty pool (50m2) with a big terrace (100m2) of a unique and special design surrounded with a lot of greenery – plants, trees and colorful flowers and a big garden with a barbecue area. Additionally a room for entertainment with billiards and darts. Moreover there is: a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic coast. Additionally there is a bedroom with a king size bed and his own en suite bathroom. On the FIRST FLOOR (175m2) there are 4 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms and walk in closet. Every bedrooms have magnificent SEA VIEWS of the islands of Brač, Šolta and Split. All rooms included the living room and the kitchen in the villa have air-conditioning, LCD televisions as well as underfloor heating. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The whole Villa like kitchen, the living room and outdoor sitting area are exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting and carpets. On the fiirst floor there is also a teracce with jakuzzi and lounge chairs and close to the is the gym and the bio sauna. The SECOND FLOOR (140m2) There is a big teracce on the top of the Villa with a wonderful pergola where the guests can enjoy in the evening the sunset or the amazing view with a glass of wine sitting on a big seating set. The materials used in the construction of the Villa are: exclusive stone, Slavonian oak, porcelain, marble, granite and more All of these previously mentioned characteristics give the Villa a special atmosphere.
