The space This is a small, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room and pull out couch. Entire apartment with shared front porch and backyard. There is a ring Video Doorbell. Tampering with or blocking said camera will result in immediate termination of rental. Other things to note There will be a $250-300 charge for any guest if there is cigarette smoking inside the apartment.
