The Kakanui Cube

This fabulous little contemporary beach house is right across the road from the ocean. Stroll along the waterfront to Campbell's Bay surf break and the gorgeous sandy beach to All Day Bay. The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach. The space The house has everything you need for a fantastic beach holiday or short stay in Kakanui any time of year. In all weather it's a beautiful space to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. There is a very well equipped kitchen and some fabulous restaurants only a short drive away. We allow 1 small, mature, non shedding dog. Please discuss with us before you book if you would like to bring your dog and add the pet fee during booking. Guest access The section is fully secure with off street parking. You have the whole place to yourself. Other things to note There are 2 bedrooms. The master has a super comfy super king and the other has two singles. Kakanui has a corner store with some basic supplies as well as takeaway food, beer and wine. Brydone Wholefoods is less than 10 minutes away with takeaway food and great organic produce and supplies. There are supermarkets and many great restaurants and cafes 12-15 minutes away in Oamaru. We enjoy Del Mar and Cucina. You also have one of the very best restaurants within half an hour at Riverstone Kitchen just north of Oamaru. We highly recommend them all. The farmers market in Oamaru is fantastic if you’re here on a Sunday.
