*King Bed* Fisherman Getaway Near the Reservoir

Walking distance to The Ross R. Barnett Reservoir, a public boat launch, and nice walking trails, this house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. One king sized bed in the master with a half bath ensuite. Two queen sized beds in the two other rooms with a full hall bath. The large living room has a sectional with a chair and a 50" smart TV. The house has free Wifi. The full kitchen is not a cook's kitchen but it is equipped and we have great local restaurants so you may want to order in! The space The house is set up for long and short term stays. This is a single family home and you have access to the whole house. The master has a king memory foam mattress with a closet that has storage. The other two rooms have queen memory foam mattresses that have closets with storage. There is one full bath in the hallway and a half bath with a sink and toilet off of the master. There is a garage that you can enter through the property - there is no clicker. You can also park four cars in the driveway. Plenty of parking. No parking in the grass. You can bring a boat and use the public boat launch at the end of the street. We do have some rules in place: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items. No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously. The alarm system at the front door is active with Vivint and we use it when the property is vacant. Please do not arm as we do not give out the code. Guest access Keyless entry, you will enter the front door using the smart lock. The door code will be sent to you via email. Boats are welcome. There is a public boat launch at the end of the street. Please do not arm the Vivint alarm as we do not give out the code. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. You can receive mail and packages. We do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. **Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.** MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
