Sleeping arrangements This oceanfront townhouse, configured as a duplex, accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and four baths. The layout offers flexibility across two units and a detached studio. In the back unit, the first floor includes a king bed alongside a sofa, with a full bath and kitchen, while the loft above features two full beds. A detached studio on the Unit A deck provides a king bed and 3/4 bath. The front unit includes a master bedroom with a king bed, portable full sized bed, air mattress, and en suite bath. Additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper sofa and other sleeper sofas across the living areas. Living spaces Two separate living rooms create room for both gathering and quiet downtime, each with comfortable seating and a TV. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, while Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace support both work and relaxation. Kitchen and dining Two kitchens allow your group to prepare meals with ease, each paired with a dining table for shared meals after time by the water. The setup makes it easy to spread out or come together depending on your plans for the day. Outdoor living Three private decks overlook the ocean, offering a place to enjoy the coastal breeze at any time of day. A private patio or balcony and outdoor dining area extend your living space outdoors. Direct beach access via private stairs connects you to the shoreline in moments, and beach essentials are available for your time by the water. Amenities and features The home includes four baths with bathroom essentials and a bathtub. Family-friendly features include a crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib available upon request. Safety features include exterior security cameras on property, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available, along with self check-in using a keypad for a smooth arrival. Here, oceanfront living, flexible space, and direct beach access come together in a setting shaped by coastal views and the steady rhythm of Laguna Beach. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets allowed, no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key.The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
