The space The entire townhouse is configured as a duplex, meaning your group has two fully independent units under one roof - two kitchens, two living rooms, and four baths spread across four bedrooms and six beds. Whether you're traveling as two families, a multigenerational group, or a large gathering of friends, the layout lets everyone share the experience while keeping their own space. Sleeping arrangements The back unit opens onto its own floor plan with a king bed, sofa, dining area, full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor. A loft above holds two full beds. A detached studio on the Unit A deck adds a private king bed and 3/4 bath - ideal for guests who want a little extra separation. The front unit features an oversized master bedroom with a king bed, portable full-sized bed, air mattress, and an en suite bath. Downstairs, a queen sleeper sofa adds a flexible sleeping option alongside another full bath and kitchen area. Kitchen & dining Two full kitchens mean your group never has to crowd around a single counter. Each is outfitted with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Dining tables in both units bring everyone together for meals after a day by the water. Living areas Both living rooms are furnished for comfort, with sleeper sofas and mounted TVs for easy evenings in. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable through every season. A washer and dryer handle post-beach laundry, and dedicated Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make the home equally workable for longer stays. Safety features include exterior security cameras at both Unit A and Unit B front doors, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available. Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, code-based arrival - no physical key required. A note from your host Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out - if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets are allowed - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
