Perfect for small family or 2 couples getaway. The space The tropical garden is private and does not have any other homes overlooking it. It is our sanctuary and even after all the years that we have stayed on our breaks, it truly is just so relaxing to sit on the deck have a tea or coffee and read a book or just look at the garden and watch the kookaburras, maggies and lorikeets come down to the rockery to splash around. All windows facing the street have been tinted for privacy. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living area, and now with aircon to cope with the very hot days if we have another very hot summer! Guest access While staying at the property you have full access to the house. You will be given an access code to open the key lockbox. The keys will open all the doors in the house & includes a remote for the single garage. Garage will fit a VW Golf/ Mazda 3 only. Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked when you are out. Please specify at the time of booking if you need an extended checkout. Other things to note 400 mtrs from the local Shopping village which includes: - Foodworks, which could give some of the up market stores in Sydney a run for their money! Very well run and supported by the local community!!
