House with a pool

Hello, for your summer holidays in Ardèche, we offer a detached house of 100 m2,composed of an equipped kitchen,bathroom, separate toilet,large dining room, TV seating area,and four bedrooms upstairs ( 2 beds in 140, 3 beds in 90, a crib with bars and a sofa bed). Outside,an enclosed garden of 500 m2 (with a large above ground swimming pool 6m40 in diameter, a ping pong table,a barbecue, a garden furniture) and two shaded terraces. Other things to note Bed and house linen is not included. A cleaning deposit check of 90 euros is required upon your arrival and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if you return the accommodation in the same clean condition as when you arrived.
