House with a pool

Hi. For your summer vacation in Ardèche, we offer a detached house of 100 m2 habitable, consisting of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, large dining room, TV lounge area, and four bedrooms upstairs (2 beds of 140, 3 beds of 90, a baby crib and a sofa bed). Outside, an enclosed garden of 500 m2 (including a large above-ground swimming pool of 6.40 m in diameter, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, garden furniture) and two shaded terraces. Other things to note Bed and house linen are not included. A cleaning deposit check of 90 euros is requested upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay if you return the accommodation in the same clean condition as when you arrived.
