This is a bright, relaxing, and comfortable home near the ocean in a great location.Built by the owners with care.This is our primary residence but when renting, you will have the exclusive use of the house. This house is unique as it is tucked in the woods with trees all around, yet you can easily walk to the village of cape porpoise. Over 4 beaches within 5 mile drive. Great views of the bay, fishing pier and Goat Island lighthouse across the street, as well as a place to launch a kayak! The space Special location tucked away from to road. Yard for kids to play with no worry of traffic. 5 minute walk to center of village....coffee shops, restaraunts, grocery store. Fish market just across the street with fresh lobster, clams, tuna, etc. We live off a beautiful dead end street perfect for sunset strolls with great views of goat island lighthouse. Guest access Complete use of the house and surrounding property. There is a workshop that is not open to guests but you wouldn't want to go in there anyway (it's a mess!) There is a playground for children with sandbox and slide. We also have chickens but the will not be let out unless the guests want them to be roaming around. You may help yourself to fresh eggs.
