You and your guests will enjoy full use of the spacious and luxuriously accommodated home and property. Walk into a stunning entryway with a brand-new powder room. On the main floor, you will find a brand new open-concept kitchen, dining and living space giving with everything you need to cook and enjoy a bottle of local wine toasting to the memories from your day in the County. Open up the sliding doors right off the kitchen to reveal an outdoor living area with a Weber bbq and chic seating area. Below, a the fully-fenced backyard featuring a beautiful harvest style table where you can create the al fresco dining experience of your dreams, as well as another conversation area. On the second floor, you will find three beautiful bedrooms, as well as a designer semi-ensuite bathroom with a large tub and shower. The main bedroom with a feature wall includes a luxurious queen-sized bed, a three-drawer dresser and mirror, as well as a large closet with hangers and a suitcase rack, and plenty of space to store clothes. The tranquil second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a large closet with hangers, a suitcase rack and plenty space to store clothes, as well as a mirror and a three-drawer dresser. The third bedroom is best suited for close friends or children as there is less floor space, but is especially cute!! Head downstairs to the finished basement where you can cozy up with a book or start a games night. Beach & Vine also offers a large desk space where you can catch up on emails or work remotely.
