Cozy & Quiet, Sleeps 6~22 min to Bristol Speedway!

Stay for the weekend, stay for the month! This quiet cozy & 2 bedroom/1 bath space is perfectly situated in North Johnson City to be an easy access to all the fun in the Tri-Cities. Prepare meals in the spacious, well stocked kitchen, Sleep well with beds to accommodate 6. Private parking, washer dryer, Smart TV and oh so much solitude, but right in the city! 20 min to Bristol Motor Speedway, 6 minutes from I26. 10-15 min to ETSU and JC Medical Center. 5 min to grocery stores The space Super relaxing open floor plan...be in the kitchen be able to converse and hang out with everyone in the living room. Great area for game nights at the table. ~Huge island, full size appliances, pots, pans, and all the things necessary for making home cooked meals. ~Flexbrew coffee pot, cold press and electric tea kettle with a variety of coffees and teas ~Spice drawer, various condiments, & cooking oils. ~Cozy living room with Roku Smart TV (bring your passwords) ~FAST wifi ~Electric fireplace for ambience, but it does put out heat ~Desk to write home about the great Airbnb you're staying in ~Games for game night! ~Full bathroom with tub/shower combo ~Washer/Dryer (located in bathroom) ~Bedroom 1 consists of queen bed ~Bedroom 2 consists of 4 twin beds suited for adults ~Both bedrooms have black out curtains, luggage racks, closets ~Hangers, iron & ironing board ~Cleanliness matters! ALL our linens are laundered between each guest and that includes the mattress pad as well as the pillow protectors and comforters. The way this home is situated on the lot gives it the feeling of seclusion, especially with the surrounding trees and brush. We purposely keep it as natural as possible to give the feeling of being in the woods...yet you're in the city and 5 min to grocery stores and shopping. This property is technically a duplex, but the lower unit is not in rental service at this time. Guest access Guests park at the top of the drive, where there is parking for 2 (or 3 if the cars are small) and enter in via keypad located on the door in the carport. Guess have access to entire unit with exception of a locked owners closet near the back door. There is no inside access between the two units. Other things to note While it is an "upper" unit, there is only a step up into the house and two small steps onto the deck because your parking area is at the top of the driveway. We take the cleanliness of Copper Ridge seriously. Cleaning is done thoroughly and ALL linens are washed in-between guests. We do spray for bugs, but being in TN and surrounded by trees, it is sometimes hard to keep the outside from getting in. We do our best though! This duplex is in one of the most IDEAL locations in Johnson City. It has a relaxing, secluded feel, but is 5-15 minutes from most everything in Johnson City. This is a great "landing pad" when checking out the Tri-Cities area as the location is ideal to hop on the interstate to take you to Bristol, Kingsport, Piney Flats, Jonesborough, etc.
