Apartment Highlights: • Bedroom: 1 double bed (convertible into 2 single beds), open wardrobe • Living Room: Large bunk bed (2 m x 0.9 m, max 90 kg/person), sofa bed, 50" LED TV with Amazon Prime (Netflix accessible with your own credentials), dining table with 6 chairs, free Wi-Fi (100 Mb/s), satellite TV • Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), Senseo coffee maker (pads included), microwave, toaster, kettle, and tableware • Bathroom: Bright, spacious bathroom with bathtub, sink, mirror, hairdryer, towels, and wall-mounted toilet The apartment was completely refurnished in April 2021 (except the kitchen). Pets are not allowed. Ample free parking is available. Recently, misunderstandings and negative reviews have arisen, so we’d like to clarify: Our holiday apartment offers a wallbox for guests with electric cars. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free charging as we purchase electricity at high costs ourselves. Providing 40–80 kWh daily for free is not economically feasible. However, our price is still much cheaper than public charging stations. Thank you for your understanding! Since Airbnb cannot collect this fee automatically, the tourist tax must be paid directly to us.
