This stunning detached 4-bedroom chalet with large garden is modern, spacious and well equipped for self catered holidays offering excellent alpine style accommodation for ski, hiking and cycling holidays. With an enviable location in the centre of Allemond, just a short walk from to the l’Eau d’Olle express télécabine and easy access to the pistes on your winter holiday. Allemond is loved in summer by road cyclists, mountain bikers and outdoor sports enthusiasts alike! The space The ground floor open is open plan with excellent facilities offering comfortable, bright open plan living. The spacious lounge has a stylish wood burning stove, beautiful high picture windows, comfortable sofas, tv and patio doors leading to the terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to self-cater on holiday including. The dining area is in front of the patio doors to the south facing garden and can seat eight guests. There is a master bedroom with double bed ensuite shower WC and plenty of storage for personal items. There is an additional separate WC and a utility room with washing machine. An open staircase from the lounge leads to the spacious first floor and another three bedrooms. The first bedroom is located in the open plan mezzanine, with a comfortable sofa and floor to ceiling picture windows with fabulous views of the Mountains. A room divider offers privacy. The second nicely decorated bedroom has a double bed and storage. A corridor looking down over the lounge leads to the fourth bedroom with twin beds, one of the twin beds has a pull out adult sized mattress. The family sized bathroom has a full-sized corner bath, a shower cubicle and a WC. On the ground floor attached to the house is a carport with covered parking for two vehicles and additional parking on the private driveway. There is a secure bike/ski store with bike tools, track pump and stand. The impressive south facing garden has a wonderful large terrace to take in the breath-taking Mountain View’s or to dine alfresco in the summer months. Guest access There is a private drive with space to park four vehicles. Two spaces are covered. A bus stop is located a short walk minutes' walk from the house with services to Vaujany, Grenoble and Bourg d'Oisans. There is a free bus service to Vaujany during the ski season and a free navette circling the village to the l’Eau d'Olle Express gondola in winter and high summer months. Timetables are available at the house and at the bus stops. Other things to note In summer this wonderful house is cycle friendly making it well equipped for guests with bikes. In the secure garage you will find it well equipped with a track pump, bike tools, and stand. This allows you to travel light on your holiday! Discounted bike hire is available to our guests.
