The space The apartment is located in Pelerin 5, in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. It’s in the mountains so the temperature is nice, not too cold not too hot. It’s really close to Petion-Ville, 5 to 10 minutes drive if there’s no traffic. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped, you’ll find everything you might need for a long or short stay. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need, from plates to microwave, to oven and to toaster. In the same room you’ll find the dining table. There’s a living room/ working place upstairs with a sofa, a tv with cable in it and a desk. There are 2 bedrooms. The main one is located upstairs and contains 1 queen size bed suitable for couples, parents, it has its private bathroom with shower and toilet seat. The second bedroom is next to the kitchen downstairs, with two twin size beds. Perfect for kids, or friends. It also has its own bathroom. Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment. they can spend time in the yard as well if they wish, and of course there’s the parking lot.
