Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have free access to the garage and to the rest and leisure spaces offered by the condominium. The availability and functionality of each common area is the responsibility of the condominium, not interfering with the cost of the overnight stay. Other things to note Our building is residential, does not have any hotel service or staff who serve guests. The common area of the building can be used exclusively by those who are staying, as well as the parking space. Visitors can't be offered. The pool, fitness center, and hot / cold sauna are on floor -1. The space for the vehicle is in the first basement, down the ramp turning left, turning left again, left again (direction ramp exit).
