Welcome to Le Clos Des Coteaux. This charming house of 130m2 is located in a charming little village in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. It has 2 bedrooms with beds for 2 people. The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house. The space The premises cannot under any circumstances be used for receptions or parties bringing together a number of people greater than that declared when booking. Travelers must take care to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Exceptions to these rules would result in immediate cancellation and departure of the tenant(s), without notice and with deduction of the security deposit by the owner. Guest access Private and free parking space in front of the house. Outdoor electrical outlet (16A) on parking space to recharge vehicles. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor premises (penalties provided for non-compliance with this rule). For two travelers each wanting a room, a supplement of €50 per day for the opening of the second room will be requested (cleaning costs + linen) Cold drinks are available in the refrigerator, at an extra cost.
