Perfect for families or couples this 3 bedroom home has an incredible backyard with room for lawn games, sunbathing, and barbecues. The space Guests have full access to the house and backyard- including sprawling pool! The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from the center of Hampton Bays, which includes grocery stores, movie theater, Starbucks, exercise studios, restaurants, bakeries, and more! I am also walking distance to the very popular island-themed restaurant, Rumba- a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or a post-beach cocktail! A quick 10 minute drive will have you sitting on Ponquogue beach! Note: pool and is closed from November-Memorial Day weekend. 14 night minimum stay required. Guest access Guests have access to the full home- including full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room/family room, laundry room, and backyard. Backyard boasts an impressive swimming pool and outdoor shower! Note: pool is closed from November-April.
