The property has been recently restored from a 17th-century farmhouse, preserving its authentic Tuscan charm — vaulted ceilings, stone staircases, and massive chestnut beams. 3. Dépendence: located 10 meters from the Villa, it has three French doors overlooking the hills, Sensano village, the Pignano forest, and the Villa itself, plus two large windows facing cypress trees and two nearby ponds.
