Spacious and cozy apartment on the second floor of a house with separate entrance. 2 minutes to the A75. 1.5 hours from Montpellier, 1 hour 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. 30 minutes from the Gorges du Tarn and 20 minutes from Aubrac where you can enjoy a good aligot! Located on the road to St. Guilhem-le-Désert. Activities: Snowshoeing, Cross-country skiing, Rock climbing, 18-hole golf course, Caving, Horseback riding, Paragliding 30 minutes away, Cycling, tree climbing, via ferrata, Canoeing, Paddle boarding... Lac du Moulinet and Cisba 20 minutes away. Other things to note Following numerous requests, I can provide 1 extra bed to make it a 3-seater. Please note: there is only one bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm. The extra bed offered is a mattress that is installed on the floor in the bedroom or living room according to your wishes. The mattress is a single mattress, comfortable but I prefer to specify that it is not a bed. Note: For those who like darkness, there are no shutters in the living room.
