We are renting our cabin by Lake Noen, with a fantastic location, between Gränna and Tranås. A genuine Swedish idyll in the landscape of Småland, absolutely fantastic individual location with 350 meters to the nearest neighbor. Renovated (2016) cabin with its own beach plot and boat at Lake Noen. Boat available April-October. The house includes a large terrace overlooking the lake. Evening sun from the lake to the terrace. Large lawn with plenty of room for play, barbecue and socializing. Enjoy the tranquility and rent our wood-fired hot tub The space Cottage 80 meters from Lake Noen. Renovated in 2016. Live next to the beautiful wildlife in northeast Småland. The cottage is situated so you are alone, nearest neighbor 350 meters from you. Note that it is a wood-fired hot tub and not a bubble pool. Pets are not allowed. Own wood-fired barbecue down by the lake, firewood is available to buy on site. Guest access The whole cottage is for your own disposal. It on 75 sqm and the terrace on the back is 50 sqm. In the front you will find a framed terrace with infra heating. There is also a big lawn at your disposal Woodheated hottub available all year round for rent. Other things to note Hot tub : Hot tub max 6 people Wood -fired hot tub, wood not included in the price. Bathrobes to borrow and 2 torches are included in the rental price. Basic price for rent of hottub 600 SEK. Wood is available to buy if you dont want to bring it yourself. Price for wood 90 SEK/bag. Between each new guest, we drain out all the water, scrub the entire barrel and fill it with fresh water again, 2000 l. You take care of the heating yourselves. Rowing boat: ( Available April-October) Rowing boat is always included in the rent. ( if damaged we will take out a fee ) Boat motor ( Available April to October) Please inform no later than 3 days before arrival if you want to book this. 300 SEK/ day or 1500 SEK/week At departure we check so the propeller isnt damaged if so you will be debited the cost for it 300 SEK Canoe: (Available April to October) Low season 1 september-31 may 3 –person canoe 150 SEK/day 750 SEK/week Highseason 1 june-31 august 3-person canoe 200 SEK/day 1000 SEK/week ( if damaged we will take out a fee ) Sjökarta / depth map of the lake is in the information folder . Linen and towels included in the rent. Final cleaning: Final cleaning for guest must be requested at time of booking or no later than four days before departure. 1400 SEK There is a equipment for doing the cleaning yourself.
