We host guests on the first floor and pass through guest space at times. Ample parking and can hold luggage as needed. On arrival, you may find us closing down the day with a book on the front porch or moving between floors. We retreat to our own living space and respect your time and privacy. We are available as needed and disappear as quickly. We encourage you to make the first floor your home and enjoy entertaining your group. Your guest space includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths, 2 sleeper sofas - large southern kitchen, living room, dining room, lots of outdoor space to relax. Bedroom one (double sleeper, double murphy bed), Bedroom two (queen bed)w/attached private bath, bedroom 3 (double bed). Bedroom 1 and 3 share large hallway bath with shower and tub. Large parking lot, front porch, backyard retreat. Keyless coded entry. We are seasoned hosts, having greeted guests from around the world for many years. We host and use airbnb to preserve our own family goals and to contribute to other individual households. Guest access This is a large home-share so you will see hosts passing through walking dog, off to work, tidying a bit (we have ample space to retreat to on our family floor with multiple bedrooms, office, living room and small kitchen). Your group has a large southern kitchen (dedicated for guests with refrigerator and storage), dedicated guest living room and dining room, shared outdoor areas, 3 private bedrooms/2 private baths, 2 sleeper sofas. Easily store luggage for early flights or delayed departures while you continue to enjoy city. No smoking, no drugs, no parties....that was the old music row. We are perfect for CMA fest, marathon weekends, girls weekends, man cave getaways, college visits, graduation weekends, business bookings, church groups.
