The northern boundary of the cabin property’s 16 acres is the MTNF. You also will be within a few miles of the North Fork River which is known nationally for its great fishing and floating opportunities. This log cabin takes you back in time as you step away from the busyness of life and enjoy time with family and friends. The space Jimmy’s Cabin is a place to unplug. This 30’x20’ cabin with a loft is adjacent to the Mark Twain National Forest and is a great getaway for a couple or small family. If you love the outdoors, hiking, the river, hunting, or fishing…you’ve found the right spot. The cabin is equipped with a mini-split hvac system along with a gas fireplace. You will have access to a stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, pellet grill (bring your own pellets), shower/bathtub and most kitchen amenities. Guest access You will have access to the whole cabin. Enjoy it. There is a fire pit outside, but please make sure to put your fire out and don’t have a fire if it’s too dry. There is also a well house but do not go in it please. Other things to note One of the most unique features of this property (besides its history) is the access to the Ozarks at its finest. As you walk to the north end of the property, you are on the MTNF and the thousands of acres there. Two miles west is the North Fork River with a public access right there. This is truly a dream location for nature lovers.
