The villa is completely distributed on a single floor. The dwelling is furnished with great style and comfort, offering three bright and cosy bedrooms, all with adjustable air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature at all times. The two bathrooms in the house are equipped with all the necessary elements, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. The house has been decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere. The exterior of the villa is equally charming, perfectly integrated into the mountainous and rural environment. It has a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, surrounded by shaded areas provided by trees and pergolas, which offer the ideal place to relax or enjoy a refreshing drink while contemplating the landscape. The pool is the perfect place to cool off during the hot summer days, while the terrace invites you to spend long hours enjoying the tranquillity of the place. In addition, the villa has an outdoor barbecue area, equipped with a sink and sufficient space to prepare delicious outdoor meals, which makes the evenings a unique experience. It also has an additional outdoor shower bathroom, allowing you to enjoy the pool area without the need to enter the house. Important information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
