The space The apartment offers plenty of space to unwind and feel at home over approximately 85 square meters. The apartment is quietly located on the top floor and combines spaciousness with a personal, detail-rich atmosphere. It is ideal for up to 4 people. For shorter stays, additional sleeping options are available, so that up to 6 people can also be accommodated. The apartment has a spacious kitchen-living room, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200), and another, smaller bedroom with a bed (140 × 200), ideal for one or two people. The apartment is complemented by a spacious shower room and a separate guest toilet. The amenities have been chosen to ensure that you can enjoy a relaxed and hassle-free stay. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and features a large dining table for spending time together. The living room and bedroom have TVs (including streaming). Bluetooth speakers are also available. Guest access Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided. If required, the washing machine in the laundry room can be used. Wi-Fi is available to you throughout your entire stay. Parking is available in the area with a city guest ticket (around €6 per day). In addition, a private garage belongs to the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation and not suitable for pets, parties, or events.
