The space The house features three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms for up to six guests. The spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the main living level with the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom located on the lower level. The modern chef's kitchen and spacious living and dining areas open to the decks with outdoor seating, all day sun and stunning northern sea views. Careful attention to detail makes this house truly special. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom - 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - superking bed (can be split to single beds upon request). Please note: Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights rest of January and holiday weekend, 2 nights all other times. A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping.
