Close (5km)from the beautiful city of Maastricht . Old renovated farm,very comfortable,quiet, peaceful and cosy. Located on a large property with horses stables, perfect for hiking, biking( with your own bike) and horses rides( with your own horse). Ideal for animals and nature lovers, you will feel at ease, peaceful, and welcomed by the owners of the property (a French- Belgium couple). Also perfect if you are planning holidays with your horse for country-side exploration🐴😊 The space The house is 170m2, on two levels. Ground floor (110m2) , main bathroom, kitchen opened on living room, one bedroom with two single beds. First floor , main bedroom with kingsize bed, other bedroom with two single beds and one WC. You have all your privacy and comfort in a cosy, warm and simple atmosphere. Good vibes and nature around. Guest access Main access and entrance from the street . Big terrasse area in front of the house. House looking to a green field with sometimes a horse in it! Beautiful sunsets ( house west oriented). Bus stop for direct access to Maastricht in few minutes. Other things to note TV connected with Ziggo . You have also wifi connection and you can use TV with your own devices ( laptop or phones). Coffee ( Nespresso) machine. The gate on the main street ( entrance ) has to remain closed as we have horses and dogs living on the property. You have control of it with the remote-control that you ll receive at your arrival. House is always very clean and we appreciate our guests to respect our place , neighborhood, and leave it clean when they leave. No smoking inside Utility room: you can store your bikes 🚲 there. Washer machine and dryer are with extra costs( ask us if you need)
