We provide kayaks, inflatable boats, & beach chairs for guests. The property is surrounded by conservation land. The Chandler Wild Park Trail has an entrance right in front of the property. It is perfect for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and walking. The space 20 Mile Bay-Tuftonboro - 4 bedroom, 2.5 full bath newly renovated home for lease. Amenities include: across from 20 mile bay, unobstructed views of the lake, huge yard, grill, stainless steel kitchen, coffee bar with Keurig & Nespresso, arcade machines, board games, and a fire pit. The property comfortably sleeps up to ten adults or twelve total people (with the sleeper couch, convertible ottoman, and convertible chair). The kitchen has spices and all the basics for family cooking. Please feel free to take the book you start reading if you haven’t finished it by the end of vacation. Guest access We will provide a code to the door a few days prior to your arrival. Note the renters agreement must be completed prior to the access code being provided. If you have not completed the renters agreement and security hold* as of the day of arrival you may only check in up to 8 p.m. and only after they are completed. We recommend completing it as soon as booking so that you are free to check in at any time that is convenient for you after 4 pm on the day of arrival. *Security hold waived for ABB guests only. Other things to note Free linens, wood for the fire pit, coffee bar, unobstructed views of Lake Winnipesaukee, huge deck facing the lake, and all cooking essentials.
