Cozy Home, Short Walk to Cornell!

Cozy, sweet, well-kept Craftsman located in Belle Sherman, a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that's a quick, easy walk to Cornell. Charming home overlooks a small park and is equidistant to just about everything (playground, grocery stores, shopping, gorges). Kid-friendly, there are beds for 4 people, but there's some flexibility for more. Off-road parking for up to three vehicles and a lovely side porch for relaxing in the summertime. The space The house has hardwood floors throughout, is approximately 1500 square feet, and has a great light character. All bedrooms are upstairs; two are children's rooms with twin beds (and beanbag chairs!), and one has a double bed. You'd be welcome to bring additional airbeds. One half bath is conveniently located off the back entrance and one full bath is upstairs. There's also a small little backyard! A well-behaved, small cat or dog can be considered.
