The unit is a 30sqm 1BR fully furnished with nice interior. The space This unit is complete and fully furnished, you can find almost everything you need in a home. Regular cleaning and towels/beddings replacement is our standard. Just bring your clothes. Guest access All amenities. Other things to note Monthly rate includes water and electricity but limited to 6 cu.M and 220 KWh respectively per month. Excess usage as stated herein shall be paid by the Guest.
